If your missing card has been handed in, an officer will verify ownership and arrange a safe handover at the drop-point landmark where it's waiting.

Use the public reference shown on the alert or registry card, for example GMIRS-ABCD1234.

Your contact and drop preference

If the listed landmark is not convenient for you, suggest another public landmark — a fueling station, post office, pharmacy, or market stall near you. An officer will confirm.
