Live operations: Every alert is checked by an officer before anyone sees it. Public tips go to the assigned case officer. Found cards are returned through neutral handover points. Phone numbers, ID numbers and exact GPS stay private. Guardians are unpaid community volunteers.

File a missing-person report

A case officer reviews every submission. Reports are not published until verified, and SafeGuard is not a substitute for emergency response.

Missing child

Family or guardian intake. Requires confirmation of guardian or reporter authority before the case can be reviewed.

Missing adult

Adult cases require explicit consent from the missing person, or a documented officer legal review. Submitting on behalf of an adult without consent is an offence.
